The Kindergarten class at MAPS offers a Bible-based education with a strong academic foundation. Reading is taught using a phonics-based approach grounded in Orton-Gillingham methods, while math is explored through hands-on activities and manipulatives. Handwriting Without Tears is used to support fine motor development and handwriting skills. Science instruction follows an inquiry-based model, encouraging curiosity and exploration. Small group instruction allows each child to learn at their own pace in a supportive and nurturing environment.
